Friends can't join my Science mode DMP server.

The server used to work fine, but now my friends can't seem to join at all. Portforwarding is not the issue as it doesnt say my machine actively refused the connection. My firewall isn't the issue either, as it has been disabled when they've tried to connect. My DMP settings folder read my HTTP Port as 6702, which my friend is using to try and connect, and the IP is correct. Has anyone got any ideas? Is there any information i need to add? 

Sorry for the bad post, i don't use the forums that much and because it's DMP issue and not a KSP issue i didn't think i needed to add any logs.

fixed the server not starting up

ALL PROBLEMS FIXED. MY IP LITERALLY CHANGED. I'VE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE.
