KSP 1.11.2 Bug report

I have found a bug in the current game version. I accepted a contract in which i have to install a "radiator panel small" but after i attach it properly to the satelite nothing happens.

You can use the debug toolbar Alt+F12 -> Contracts to complete it, i have seen similar posts and that's a way to overcome such bugs, its a bit cheaty but gets it out of the way.

You can report bugs here, this one should have been already reported, i seen it around.
