Crash when loading

Not sure what's going on, but my game often crashes during loading, either reverting to launch / VAB, or loading to space centre after completing a flight. Not always, though, and it never seems to crash on the first load.

Specs:

GTX 1080 Ti

32 GB DDR4

i7 6700k @ 4.0 GHz

Is this the title of a folder, or is that the .dll and associated files? Just to clarify, at the bottom of the GameData folder you should have:

ModuleManager4.1.4.dll 
ModuleManager.ConfigCache
ModuleManager.ConfigSHA
etc

Not a folder titled “ModuleManager”

Sorry if you already know this but it does often get mixed up.
