NRE spam on leaving Rhode Sphere of Influence

Recommended Posts

As the title says, using the beyond home mod, whenever i make the transition from being in rhode sphere of influence too barycenter of destiny and fates sphere of influence, i get NRE spam too the log. and it persists even if i exit too main menue, and quicksaving/quickloading. im using Kopernicus 1.11.1.43, and kopernicus expansion continued-er, and GU and BH with scatterer and EVE and TUFX and planetshine. im also using textures unlimited with magpies patches for many parts, and snacks and rational resources and Scansat. in my previous save, even when i left the sphere of influence of the barycenter of destiny and fate, the NRES also persisted.

You've modded the Steam install of KSP. Don't put mods in the Steam copy of KSP or Bad ThingsTM will happen- Steam often corrupts mods and whenever a game update gets released it can cause all kinds of issues for mod compatibility which can make the game unplayable.

Save your modpack via CKAN (you do use CKAN, right?), backup your save files somewhere (desktop would do) then disable Steam cloud saves for KSP, completely uninstall and reinstall KSP through Steam and verify the local files. Once that's done and KSP is working properly again, copy it out of the steam folders entirely and put it somewhere else, then put mods in that copy. Leave the Steam version completely stock so it gets game updates as they are released, and the copies with mods don't get ruined by incompatible mods with every update or corrupted by Steam's meddling.
