0.17 OSX vs WINDOWS

Hello fellow kerbalnauts, so I have a 2009 Imac with BootCamp, and ive tested KSP 0.17 in OSX and windows (xp), im curious to know if anybody else have a mac with bootcamp 2.

ok so I can say that the windows version runs more smooth for me, in mac i got a lot of FPS drops, even with small ships, but im not sure if this is cuz of the game or just that windows XP needs less hardware to run and leaves more space for KSP.

on the other hand, I almost dont crash in OSX, while in windows i do get crashes from time to time trying to launch ships, restarting a fligth or some times even quickloading.

and finaly for some reason I cant mod my Windows KSP but can mod the OSX version.

It'd be nice to know more about how the OSX users are getting on with KSP, but I think this is really more of an Off-Topic thread than a Support thread, so I'll move it
