More realistic airplanes!

The fact that you could build airplanes In ksp1 was cool but it was nearly impossible to build "realistic planes" if you know what I mean. I would like to keep the old parts, but please add some new ones too! Thank you.

Well, all kind of things can fall uder term "realistic planes". Do you mean more realistic physics behaviour (like in FAR mod) or about aestetic look. For later there is plenty of mods available with various parts, from WWI era to modern fighter planes and passenger planes. Something like firespitter mod, KAX or APP mod that poped up on my mind first.
