A mod I'm trying to install is conflicting with a mod... that's not installed [CKAN]

Recently, I started using CKAN to install my mods. However, I just tried to download "CactEye-2 Orbital Telescopes Refocused", and upon installation it comes up with an error.

The following inconsistencies were found:
* Scatterer 3:v0.0828 conflicts with Scatterer
Error during installation!

"Scatterer 3:v0.0828" is not on my installed mods list and is not a listed dependency or recommended mod on either CactEye-2 Orbital Telescopes Refocused or Better Time Warp, another mod I was installing at the time. I have no idea where it came from or what it is. Note I do have the following mods installed (separated by commas):

Zero MiniAVC,  Waterfall Core, Toolbar Controller, Stock Waterfall Effects, Scatterer Default Config, scatterer, Restock+, Restock, Persistent Thrust, Module Manager, Kronal Vessel Viewer Continued, Kabrams Sun Flare Diamond Low, Eskandare Heavy Industries, Environmental Visual Enhancements Redux, ClickThrough Blocker, B9 Part Switch, Astronomer's Visual Pack-4k Textures and Astronomer's Visual Pack.

UPDATE: CKAN now doesn't work. I found that the conflicting file was the Scatterer Default Config mod, however after removing this I realized that this was one of Scatterer's dependencies. Beside Scatterer there is now "AD".. What does that mean?

Hi, this is caused by the Scatterer ZIP file changing the folder name from "scatterer" in older versions to "Scatterer" in newer versions (and a glitch in how CKAN handles that). There are some posts on this page of the CKAN thread about it:

Sorry for the lack of updates. I attempted to remove Scatterer, however I failed. Now beside my Scatterer there is the letters "AD" and I am no longer able to interact with it at all.

SECOND UPDATE: A mod can now lock this question, it's been answered by CKAN itself. I'm not sure if there was an update or if CKAN was just having a little flakey to itself, but now Scatterer downloads and works perfectly fine and with no conflicts. Thanks for your help, but it turns out it wasn't needed!
