You've come to the right place.    Thanks for including the screenshot, that really helps diagnose the problem!

See those two buttons at the right end of the orange bar?  See how the one labeled # looks like it's "pressed in"?  That's the "numeric entry" toggle.  Click that button to make it pop back out, and you should be back to normal again.
