RV-105 RCS Thruster Question

Hello,

I search but found no answer online. I need info as to what the setting "Fore by Throttle" means in the RV-105 Thruster Actuations settings means?, I get the rest of the settings as I'm a licensed pilot/sailor, but I don't get this setting but I think it means it provides forward only thrust when the engine is engaged??? maybe?....

It means that it works as an engine. So if the setting is on, the RCS thruster should propel the craft. Don't know if RCS should be engaged to work though, I haven't tried.
