Mission Outcome Banners

I went digging in ksp's files because bored, and went to the "Missions" folder and clicked to one of the missions, there was a file called banner and there was 3 photos in there, one was Success, Menu and Failure. There's also pictures of this in your Making history folder but to find it just search "Banners"

Not really sure what this means, but i think those are the things for the mission builder.
