questions about gameplay (with mods) and lookin fior something

Recommended Posts

ok , here we go

1.  whats the reason to use stuff like BDarmory or any other weapons mod ?
there are  no AI / NPC targets with those, or am I wrong ? so unless you use any way of multiplayer mod ( are they allowing dogfights and such to work at all ?) : what the reason apart from looks and "role-playing" ?

2. looking for a mod that let me launch / control several vessels at once ?
(burn together still working ? did it ever work ? )

thanks in advance

basically I am looking for ways to spice up single player career mode.

I use Throttle Controlled Avionics to fly multiple helicopters in squadron mode.

Set the crafts to the same squadron and issue a follow me command from the active one then they all move and land together.

Crafts have to be launched and gathered separately before putting them into a squadron.

For your first question, BDArmory adds modules along side the weapons that allow you to set up AI controlled tanks/ground vehicles and planes/aircraft. I also believe there is a module for a craft to behave as a missile, but I've never tried that one out. Using BDArmory's modules also does allow you to have crafts follow you as a wingman. There is a certain derivative of BDArmory created for the Runway Project and, in my opinion, it works a lot better for AI controlled competitions.
