About Reaction Wheels in Realism Overhaulvanc

I've installed Realism Overhaul for a couple of days.I found that the torque of 'small inline reaction wheel(0.625m)' is awfully small,which is only 0.0001.

In comparison,the torque of 'advanced inline stabilizer(1.25m)' is 1,and the torque of 'advanced reaction wheel module,large(2.5m)' is 10

Checking others' post,I found that the torque of the 0.625m reaction wheel in RO should be 0.1.

Is that a bug,or a intended torque setting?

If it's meant to be 0.1 and it's not, i'd say it's probably a bug

It does seem a little low, but real life reaction wheels are pretty weak and if anything the large wheel seems overpowered. It may be the case that this part was deliberately changed in RO to be weaker since those other posts you found.
