Why planetshine is in default?

I installed and soon deleted planetshine yeasterday because of the lack

But today I turned on KSP, plnaetshine is in game like stock graphic and my FPS drop to 2

I checked the gamedata folder, even reinstalled the ksp but couldnt find the reason

 

How to delete or enable shining mode?

please help me guys
