KSSL2, a simple launcher bypasser for KSP2

you can bypass the launcher by adding the following to steam launch options for ksp2

"C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program 2\KSP2_x64.exe" %command%

Yes, but this will lose any command line arguments you want in the process.  Not that we have any for KSP2 yet...  but maybe someday, lol.

Maybe, just maybe simple ones like -nolog might work.

all you'd have to do is:           (i know it works, i do this with other games)

"C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program 2\KSP2_x64.exe" %command% -nolog

Interesting.  Well that's a totally legit way to go about this too then.  I'm not trying to pretend my launcher is the only way.  It's more of a "easy to describe to a noob" way to do it.  There's certainly other, even more resilient ways to go about this.

Is this not the same as going to the install directory and creating a desktop shortcut for the main application executable in there?

Thats all I did and bypassed the launcher.

Nope, doing this you play KSP without Steam and I like to know how many hours I played some game and the screenshot manager is nice.
