How do I release cargo bay?

I tried making a super heavy launcher with the new cone openable cargo bar bay. Opened the nose and cargo bay to reveal my captions yacht . The mini rocket is floating in the middle of the cargo bay... but I can't figure out how to release it.

Don't have KSP 2 yet but pretty sure you need an decopler or docking port to release it, Same as in KSP 1 with cargo bays or fairings. You can launch something like an space station into space with an fairing for aerodynamic but you want to keep the core stage to store fuel.
