Size tags should have 3 alphanumerics instead of two

For future-proofing new part sizes, it would be good to standardize the VAB part icon size tags at 3 characters, to allow for more tag options. Like for stuff like 1.875m (Maybe SMD?), or XXS. There's already strut parts of different sizes in the same categories which are almost impossible to tell apart visibly, so it would help differentiate those already too.

Also, when it comes to making it moddable, it might just be best to allow anything to be put in there, scaling the width of the tag to fit it. It may end up being best for modded sizes to just list the actual size in the tag, like “1.5” or “0.9375”.
