LameLefty
This may be related to the "disappearing orbit lines" bug that others have reported. The same thing happened to me. After landing on the Mun and launching again, I discovered that my lander had no trajectory visible on Map view. I was able to limp to orbit by pointing prograde, waiting for the apogee counter to hit 0 and burning. Even after reaching a stable orbit, no trajectory lines. I quicksaved and reloaded, still no trajectory lines. I even returned to the KSC, created a new save and then restarted the game, but still no trajectory lines in either the Tracking Station or back focused on and controlling the orbiting lander. Back in the Tracking Center, the Vessel information shows the lander "Landed" but moving at Munar orbital velocity. Furthermore, it allowed me to successfully recover the vessel from Munar space. https://imgur.com/a/BVMozOU
lumbersmith
I got this same bug during a Kerbin launch. I'm still able to stage and burn but there is never a trajectory. Loading and reloading does not change the landed status or make the trajectory visible.
WingC3
Craft occassionally seem to get put back into "AtRest"status in the save files when they're actually in space. This may be what leads to that.
fvdief
Same issue for me, orbiting 1000 km above Kerbin. But in my case, no action had any effect.
