Can only see fuel content in RCS tanks and no content in tanks at launch.

Hello, as described over i have this issue. I installed afew mods yesterday which i removed but none of them affected fuel in any way. The problem persists though and i am unable to check content of any tank that is not a monopropellant or RCS one. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
