Multiple Cloud Layers

I feel like having at least a 2nd cloud layer on cloudy planets would add a lot, especially if it was qualitatively different (ex., thin, wispy, high-altitude clouds). Those of you who have seen footage of the KSP 1 EVE vol. clouds mod know how beautiful the Eve's "cloud palace" is- I would love to see this in KSP 2. I also like how in modded KSP Eve is usually blanketed by clouds, like Venus is in real life. It adds to the uniqueness and extreme-ness of Eve's look.

As a matter of fact, it seems as if the devs may already have wrestled with this, but it's not in the current build. Look at this show and tell of Jool: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/209962-show-and-tell-jool-flyby/ at about the 00:12-00:20 seconds mark. It appears as if a 2nd layer of brighter green clouds are visible on the left-hand side of the screen. Contrast this with this video of the current build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgIO8_J7eMQ , in which these bright clouds appear as protrusions of the lower cloud layer, as opposed to a new layer unto themselves.

I agree. The space between cloud layers is a very beautiful place to fly in EVE.

Hire Blackrack, scatterer, EVA.  Or licence his work for the cloud mod, import assets etc.
