Cheat menu for sandbox

There are a lot of craft that Id like to build but would be highly impractical to lug up to space, having some sort of cheat menu in stock ksp2 so I could do things like teleport spacecraft for testing purposes would be lovely (yes I know I can install mods for this but Im lazy).
