Viewing angle box is still selectable when ESC menu is open

• Go to VAB
• press "ESC" -> ESC menu opens and UI in background is not clickable (OK)
  -> viewing angle box is still clickable and if clicked, the ESC Menu cannot be closed with an ESC press

expected: biewing angle box is not clickable when ESC menu is opened
