[Spoilers] What is the artifact on Minmus? I can't find it.

Using the ISA MapSat plugin, I've been searching out artifacts in Kerbal Space Program. At least once, I have found a glitched artifact which was underground on Mun.

I'm on Minmus right now, hunting for another artifact but I can't find it. What is the exact coordinates of the artifact? Anyone know? Right now I only have the general coordinates which is 23.4°N, 59.4°.

Go to those coordinates, then fly straight up a few km and you will see a monolith floating.
