SAS and RCS not working on custom action group sets

So there is something to do to make the shortcuts on keyboard (T and R) to work when you select a custom action group set? Because in my gameplay those shortcuts only works when the default action group set is selected.

if there is, i'm not aware of any.

still, having to press T or R doesn't seem like a big deal
