Ambious
When I try decoupling a lander from its mothership who are connected via docking adapters, whichever side is not the one on which I click "decouple" ends up shooting to the other direction with tons of phantom Δv https://i.imgur.com/WtpeQJl.mp4 KSP Version: 0.1.1.0.21572 (p.s. how do I embed videos?) Kurtvw
I just had this same thing occur, the speed added to the other vessel seemed to be about double the speed of the docked pair. The controlled ship maintained its original velocity. This was in orbit of Kerbin at about 100km X 100km, velocity was about 2200m/s, after undock the uncommanded vessel had instantly departed at 4400ish, and on an escape trajectory from Kerbin. Pretty frustrating, I hope this one get attention.
AngryBaer
This happened to me today, but on the vessel I was controlling. This was on an Apollo style craft controlling the lander at circular 45k around the Mun. Upon selecting undock from the clamp-o-tron my own side of the craft shot away had an escape trajectory.
