Inverted pitch, correct yaw and roll control on elevons

KSP version: 0.1.1.0.21572

OS: Windows 10

CPU/GPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600/Nvidia RTX 2070 Super

Description: Elevons pitching is inverted, while roll and yaw are not. The elevons are placed behind the CG. Pitching motion is inverted, which makes SAS useless as it tries to pitch down, causing it to pitch up. Roll and yaw control are correct. I have a video on this Imgur link that shows the issue.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Try to use elevons as a control scheme for your delta wing.
  2. Find your pitch inverted.
  3. Crash your poor airplane.

(I genuinely don't know if or how it can be replicated)

Fixes: None that I know of. Regardless of whether I make a new vehicle, restart the game, or make a new campaign, this problem persists.

There was another issue I found where one or more wings would magically invert itself if moved, but I'll leave another bug report for that.

If I'm doing something wrong and it's simply a skill issue, please let me know! Otherwise, I hope the source can be found and fixed!

This is definitely still happening.  I was fighting with this before 0.1.2 released today, and I'm running into it right now.  I have a craft that I seem to be able to consistently reproduce the issue with.  I put the wings way behind the enter of mass in order to rule that out.  Changing the root length of the wings of the craft seems to allow me to cause the problem to show up and go away.  A root length lower than 0.32 seems to work normally.  At 0.32 I sometimes see even stranger behavior.  Pitch up causes one elevon to go up and one to go down causing the craft to roll instead of pitch.  Above 0.32 I see the inverted pitching you're describing.
