Did they nerf the Rapier? v0.1.2.0

My space plane went from 0.700 weight to Lift ratio to 0.400 and can hardly get off the runway after Patch v0.1.2.0

Any one else experiencing this? - I had a Spaceplane that was capable of getting into orbit and down again, i was fiddling with getting the right amount of Monopropellant and trying to find 500 more Delta V - but now it seems i'm back to square one?

I have one with a single rapier that is performing the same after the patch (500 m/s dV left once in LKO) as before. The ascent went exactly the same for what it’s worth.

Update:

Definitely feels like the aerodynamics has changed.. When i did the re-entry my craft that glided pretty well before just fell like a stone  

Although - I did had a lot of control issues coming in through the atmosphere.. so maybe i just got into an unrecoverable dive. At least Jeb bailed in time.
