  • Description of the bug:
    • Time warping with ion engines running and a planet in view results in one of three outcomes.  The game locks up and requires task manager, the vessel launches intact into a solar system escape velocity, or the vessel breaks into multiple pieces which each have escape trajectories.  This bug was observed while attempting to circularize an orbit with Duna after entering Duna's sphere of influence.
  • Expected Behavior
    • Vessel continues to accelerate while under time warp and running out of electrical charge or fuel.
  • Observed Behavior
    • 1. Everything behind the UI elements turns completely black, and the game locks up.  Requires alt-f4 or task manager to quit the game.
    • 2. The vessel suddenly enters a solar system escape path.  Game is still completely responsive.
    • 3. The vessel breaks into multiple pieces, each with a different escape trajectory.  In my case, only the root part was still visible on the screen.  The other parts and their trajectories were visible in the map view.
  • Steps to Replicate
    • Place a craft with two Ion engines in the SOI of Duna.  Activate the ion engines with Duna in view.  Increase the time warp.
