StockOre to CRS resource conversion.No parts added.

Do you like adding a lot of resources?Well you surely doCommunityResourcePack is a good way of adding a lot of resources.USI/MKS do add ISRU for all of theese resources.However they are complicated and they are quite heavy(Especially MKS).So i decided to write a simple patch to allow  StockOre-> CRSResource conversation.

Just to clarify,for now i have only added  support for:

Fertilizer production for big ISRU.
Materialkits production for bigISRU and miniISRU

SpecializedParts production for bigISRU and miniISRU

The conversion rates are also subject to change
