Why did my solar panels doesn't work?

Today I launched a Falcon9-like rocket. The payload is a Comm-sat to a geostationary orbit, I opened the two OX-10L 1x5 panels and make sure it was working that time. But later when I orbited half on my LKO, ready for transfer, the sas was locked. So I checked the probe core and all electricity are gone.

Based on the information you've posted, I'd say that something is wrong somewhere.

Is your vessel in sunlight?

Are you using more power than you are generating?

Yeah I don't think its in sunlight, but most times its in light so I think theres enough electricity to storage. I extended it right after I deployed the fairing.  I didn't use anything that use electricity except  for SAS

Do you have batteries?  The probe cores only hold a small charge (IIRC), and it can quickly deplete once you're on the dark side.

Wait really I didn't put batteries on it, not on probe nor rocket.
