Communotron DTS-M1 Produces An Anti-Gravity Effect

It looks like your vessel is in the "landed" state where gravity stops applying. Retracting the communotrons might not trigger physics to update. What happens when you try to rotate the capsule while floating?

I don't think I was able to get this one to rotate with the reaction wheels.

With a different version of the craft that also had rockets to get it moving, I was able to slide (more like grind) along while resting on the invisible space left by the retracted commutations.

What I think is happening is the communotrons have a single static physics model.  The one where they're extended.  Unlike the colossus for example where the physics model expands and contracts to match the visual model.
