KSP Enhanced: Can't bind thrust limiter to KAL-1000?

I want to bind the thrust limiter on a bunch of engines to a KAL-1000, but the option to do that just... isn't there. Help? Or is this intentional?

How do you do it? My first guess is that you aren't doing it correctly.

In which case here are the steps to do it:

1. Open the PAW of the KAL-1000
2. Click "open track editor", a window should pop up
3. Click "add fields via [Action Groups]", it should take you to the AG tab.
4. Click on the engine
5. Add "thrust limiter" to the KAL like you would do for an action group.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all engines you want to control with the KAL.
7. Then, you can edit the curves in the window that appeared in step 2.
