Procedural parachutes

The parachute system in KSP 2 is kinda bad, so I have a solution: procedural parachutes! 
About the current situation; the parachutes have no cable within the parachutes are directly put on to the box! 
If we could make the cable shorter and longer in the VAB that would be awesome!

Procedural parachutes seem a bit overkill for this problem.

It's just that for some reasons, the cable isn't there for all chutes:

I ment add the cables… a few updates later make it procedural.

I also am not a big fan about how the parashutes are in KSP2. A procedural apect could really inprove this part and make you be able to have parashute that fit better with the part.

 

Examples:

• deployment speed/force the parashute can manage (as slider): higher deployment speed = less slowing down ability
• parashute size
• cable lengt

 

I am a big fan of procedural parts. All the part stacking, searching for parts and part count could be improved a lot if a lot of part will have an procedural or custamizable aspect to them
