Severity: med

Frequency: high

Description:

When launching any vessel that includes a fuel tank and right-clicking any fuel tank on it, the UI connected to it in the parts manager is completely empty (while in Media regarding the Game I can see it is suppost to be there), not allowing you to view the fuel levels/transfer fuel.

That's because fuel transfer window is elsewhere. Parts manager just have all the parts, even those that aren't interactable.

That is just unintuitive. If I want to monitor the fuel levels in individual tanks then the PAM is the obvious place to look (this is especially useful when working with drop tanks).
