Yes OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 | CPU: i9 13900K | GPU: GeForce RTX 4090 | RAM: 32g 6400MH After about 10 into construction, it becomes impossible to connect a radial part to a rocket. It just won't connect. Can you get a video of your issue? There are one or two features of the VAB which aren't always intuitive, but aren't exactly bugs either.
