The docking ports go askew after docking

I dock solar power additions to the space station body. The docking ports are aligned at launch and before docking. After docking, the ports become askew and misaligned from each other.

That is messed up lol Have you tried lowering the force on the ports? Might help possibly  Edit: Sorry I might have misunderstood. Are they still attached in the picture? If so wondering now if it's a SAS bug. Does it happen straight away or after a reload?
