Black screen on startup.

When I load the game nothing happens except a completely black screen and the blue loading thing on my mouse KCAN also forgot all my installed mods. The game doesn't load no matter how long I wait. It doesn't seem to be updating the log either.

If you installed through Steam or Epic try verifying your files.  It may be you need to fully reinstall.

Ok I tried a fresh install 5-6 times the second on a completely different drive and now I am getting a white screen. I don’t think I did the reinstall wrong I deleted the kerbal space program folder and everything in it then I uninstalled it through steam. I did this for each reinstall am I missing something? Also after reinstalling the first time I load it up it loads a third of the way then freezes and none of the fan art is there just the private division logo. I have done everything I can think of I have verified the files ,I have reinstalled, I have done a virus check, I have run a diagnostics test I am very confused it was fine yesterday.

I found out why it was happening. I think steam was messing with my mods so I have moved everything out of steams reach.
