Flight If vsync is on Crafts Will Inconsistently Disassemble on Undocking

Reported Version: v0.1.3.2 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel i9 9900K | GPU: Nvidia 3070ti | RAM: 32GB

In Space:

Steps to Replicate:

1. Turn on vsync in the settings.
2. Load VsyncOnDisassemblyBugTestSave.json
3. Press F5
4. Press 1 to Undock.
5. If it doesn't happen Press F9 and reattempt. (F9, 1, F9, 1, F9, 1 etc)

Using 2 Rovers:

It takes multiple attempts. It is timestamped at 35 seconds if skipping to the main event is desired.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Turn on vsync in the settings.
2. Load VsyncOnRoverDisassemblyTSave.json
3. Press 1 to Undock.
4. If it doesn't happen Reverse and Redock and retest until it happens.

Additional Information:
Takes longer to occur with my older i7 4770K + Radeon rx 6600.
