Parts & Vessels First stage engine is controllable without a probe core

Reported Version: v0.1.4 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 11 | CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X | GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070 | RAM: 32 GB DDR5

 

After separation of first and second stages I take control of the upper stage which has a command pod. But if I double-click on the first stage (which does not have a probe core or any other command part), I can gimbal and start the engine. This should be impossible considering the lack of a probe core.
