UI/UX Sliders Have Weird Distorted Dashes Based on the Part Manager's Location on the Screen in the VAB.

Steps to Replicate:

1. In the VAB grab a part that has a slider
2. Right click the part with slider
3. Move the Parts Manager around the screen until the distortion shows
4. Move Slider to show distortion changing.
