Flight RCS can't use main thrust option properly

Reported Version: v0.1.4.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel Core i7 9750H | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 | RAM: 16 GB

 

I tried to use RCS with turned on main thrust option in their settings but I can't set maneuvers because game write that I'm out of fuel. But I have fuel and RCS with main thrust option can be controled as ordinary engines by left thrust slider and I can choose different thrust from 0 to 100%. Unfortunately after time warp RCS can't use main thrust 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download attached craft and make sure that you choose rocket with monofuel upper stage
2. Make sure that in part manager for RCS in additional control parameters main thrust is turned on
3. Launch rocket to orbit and after decoupling last stage turn on RCS and make sure, that you can control RCS thrust as default engine and can regulate its thrust by left slider
4. Do timewarp and make sure that you can't do that again

Additional moments: it applies not only to monofuel thrusters but also to liquid fuel RCS thruster, you can find a rocket with this option in my craft file
