Other Bug Reporting Form Issue: Pressing "Enter" in any of the boxes other than description immediately attempts to submit bug report which only the send button should do

I was making a bug report, and in the 'what mods' field I pressed enter to go to the next line, but instead my bug was sent away before I could upload videos of the bug.
this costed me a serious 3 minutes as I had to wait 2 minutes before I could start a new bug report,  and had to rewrite my entire bug again

(this only works when all required fields are filled, but it is still annoying)
