Special Kerbolar Eclipse

That is a Mun eclipse, not a Minmus eclipse. Munar eclipses are extremely frequent because the Mun is on the same plane as Kerbin, so they happen every Munar month.

From Kerbin, Minmus is just a pixel, so it can't block the sun in any meaningful way. Also, they would be quite rare because Minmus is on a differant inclination.

OP said as much in his own post. He's pointing out that it's a Munar eclipse, but that Minmus is near eclipsing Kerbol. He's asking if anyone has seen a Minmus eclipse.

Wouldn't it be called a transition, not an eclipse, if Minmus were in front of Kerbol? Anyway, to get a near total Minmus eclipse, you'd have to get a lot closer to it. Probably with the right amount of maneuvering, you could get a ship to a spot where Minmus is in eclipse for a long time.

No its a eclipse. Because they say about a mercury eclipse or a venus eclipse.

No, it's not an eclipse, because Mercury and Venus don't obscure the sun when viewed from Earth. They're properly called transitions.
