Animated stars in skybox.

Some twinkling of stars in the skybox would make the skies feel so much more alive and less like a spherical image surrounding me. It would be a small detail but not enough games do it and its super immersive.

 

I suggested this before but sky dimming on bright surfaces of non-atmospheric moon would also be really cool.

Yep. Stars appear to twinkle on the surface of atmospheric bodies like Earth due to the atmosphere "rippling" or something.

The skybox dimming when looking at the Sun or being in the daylight would be cool, though.
