How do I make IVA's using RPM and ASET?

Can't find any guides on this anywhere augh  

What I want to do is create my own IVA's for existing parts  (for example Airplane plus cockpits) but I'm confused on what programs/plugins I need and ofc how to use them 

step-by-step instructions on this would be neat :)
