UI/UX UI for planet selection in tracking station does not have highlight for when hovering over the ^ arrow next to "Kerbol"

Reported Version: v0.1.5 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 11 (latest) | CPU: I9 CPU Intel | GPU: 3060 6 gb (laptop) | RAM: 16 GB

 

Title explains the bug, here is a video, too. It does make a noise so I am assuming this is meant to happen. This is so obscure but I hope it helps for the time when interstellar comes around.
