[Flight] Launchpad countdown start with the stage keybind, regardless as if there are stages.

Launchpad coutdown's music and animation start when the stage keybind is pressed. Taking the inquisitor rover (with no stages and therefore grey countdown button) on the launchpad and pressing [Space] start the music and water flow. This is in contradiction with the gray button clearly indicating there are no stages to go with.

It's even better, you can get the smoke/cloud/vapor shoot out of there without any engines actually firing.
