How to synchro GEO sats?

Like subject says - how to synchro min. 2 GEOstationary satellites? (im planning 4 polar and 4 latitude for sat. system with RemoteTech mod, and i know that i can be only 3x3sats)

I have already sent 2 sats on GEO, but one is little faster (caus of micro differences in altitude, inclination, ecc, etc.) what results in reducing distance between these sats (about 100km for Kerbin days) so it's a lot!

I will probably try to send 2 sats from start, and again synchro them but maybe there is easier way to do it instead of wasting about 3hours on manual (+ MechJeb) configuration.

If you've got it close enough you could always modify the save file.

Don't ask me what to put in it though...

(Edit: I should make it clear that the 'if you've got it close enough' is purely so you don't feel like you're cheating. You could do it from the ground. )
