Parts & Vessels Radial 3X Engine Cover Did not appear in VAB & Flight.

Reported Version: v0.2.0 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 10 Professional | CPU: AMD 5800x | GPU: Zotec 3070 with improved fans. | RAM: 64GB CL14

 

Placed the engine, seperator, booster on the bottom of the rocket in VAB
Then selected 3x and picked up the engine-sep-booster segment and placed down as 3 for additional TWR and dV
Engine interstage cover did not apply to the 2 of 3 engines that were generated by the steps above.
Did not seem to impact flight dynamics, but then its going straight up.
When decoupled all 3 did as you'd expect.
