[Solved] Switching between Kerbals and Ship during EVAs?

Is there a quicker way to switch between Kerbals or the ship during EVAs other than exiting out to the Space Center and going to the Tracking Station, which seems to reload the whole scene?

It took me some time to find this, thus I'm posting it here in case someone has the same problem: [ and ] work for english keyboards, but on german keyboards you have to use "ß" and "´" instead.
