Bil, Jeb, Bob, not in Persistance File

So the first time I got KSP (.17), I never started with the original crew. I searched through the persistance file and those 3 were not listed. Could someone either post a fix or a copy of their original persistance data?

They should be the first 3 Kerbals, try deleting your save and starting a new one

Yeah, but I have some things currently going on (satelittes etc.) and I REALLY don't want to delete my save file.

My UT on my persistance file is different from the one there, if I replace it will it cause any changes?

I set it to 0 but you can use your own UT, I suggest you make a copy of your persistence file before you attempt this.

The in-game time I think, it'll determine the positions of all the planets, and all the things around the planets.
